It's been a while since i have actually sat down and made some cards. Sometimes I just take a break especially when I've no birthdays around. This usually means though that i start buying in more products and I have bought so much recently. I sometimes look at the amount of craft items i have and get scared as to how much money i have spent over the years. I don't sell my cards so it really is just a hobby. Anyway I'm back with a Card I have made using images and background papers from a cd-rom. Honestly it took me all of a quiet few hours to do and I think it looks great.
Hi Karen, Lovely card, I think it looks great too. I know what you mean about the craft stash. I started with a little table with a few pieces of card and paper that I got at a car boot sale back in 2006. I made a card for my daughter and I was hooked again. (I had previously made computer generated cards. I couldn't believe what was available. I now have a room dedicated for cardmaking and have even spilled over to my dining room and pinched two large bookshelves too...I am lucky that I sell my cards but It is so nice to give them to friends and family.
